Although – or because – this alternative approach comes with a few surprises, it is a true triumph. The inspiration for this special FLOORWEAR® comes from the hand-knotted, premium-quality carpets of the orient. The worn appearance is added carefully to each product by hand and mechanical tools. Why so much effort? Because we’re no big fans of environmentally unfriendly bleaching. And since this makes each item totally unique, of course it couldn’t be more fitting. THE MASHUP Pure Edition Antique has a look reminiscent of bygone times created by a knotted mirror design – an effect that really comes into its own combined with the strong colours.
